Why am I being charged a processing fee?

Most of our photo jobs offer customers a 7-day grace period to place orders without incurring a $5 processing fee. There are a couple of reasons for this charge:

  • It incentivizes customers to place orders promptly, allowing us to deliver orders to your organization more quickly.
  • Having most of an organization's orders placed within seven days enables us to submit bulk orders to our photo processing facility. In turn, this reduces our costs and allows us to offer lower prices to our customers.

Can I have my order delivered for free?

Yes. As of 09/02/2024, all orders from Bill Sauers Photography are delivered for free. However, your order may be subject to a $5 processing fee.

To save costs for our preschool and sports photography customers, we try our best to make arrangements to hand-deliver orders to Boosters, Coaches, or Preschools who will distribute them to our customers.

To have your photos delivered to your organization promptly, you must place your order before the processing fee deadline expires. This deadline is posted on the sidebar of our website. If you do not see a deadline, it has already expired.

Orders that are placed after the processing fee deadline has passed will be charged a $5 processing fee.

How will my photos be delivered if I miss the processing fee deadline?

If you missed the processing fee deadline, your order will be hand-delivered to your organization or shipped directly to you via USPS. The Processing Fee is $5.00 for any order in the United States. International orders will be charged a $35 Processing Fee.

Why didn't my child receive their photos when the other kids on their team or in their class did?

If you placed your order after the processing deadline, it is likely that you will not receive it along with the other orders submitted before the deadline.

If you did not receive your order and it was placed before the deadline expired, please email us at billsauersphotography@gmail.com or call (724) 469-1247 to locate your order.

When will I receive my order?

Orders made before the processing fee deadline has expired are shipped via USPS or hand-delivered to the Boosters, Coach, or Preschool within three weeks of the picture day.

Orders made after the processing fee deadline will be shipped via USPS or hand-delivered to the Boosters, Coach, or Preschool within three weeks of the order date.

How will I receive the Hi-Res Digital Image that I ordered?

Your Digital Images will emailed to you within seven days of ordering.

What is your return policy?

We fully stand behind the quality of our work. If you are unhappy with your photos, mail them back or drop them off at BSP for a 100% refund. All refunds will be issued within five days after we receive your returned order.

How do I initiate a return or a refund?

Can I cancel my order?

If you need to cancel an order before it is delivered, email billsauersphotography@gmail.com or call (724) 469-1247 to cancel your order and have 100% of your purchase refunded.

What happens if my picture day is canceled?

Many picture days are outdoors, and sometimes the weather will not cooperate. Most outdoor events have scheduled rain days or backup plans to move indoors. If the organizers of the picture day cancel or reschedule an event, they will notify you. There is never a fee to reschedule an event.
